You must ensure that the mobile number registered with bitbet is one that you own and actively control.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bitbet strongly recommends using a unique password not used for any other online service. bitbet will never ask you to disclose your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on bitbet are subject to acceptance by the platform. bitbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including without limitation where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the market in question; there is evidence of a technical error in the odds or market data; or where the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced without live betting being enabled for that market.

6.2 Odds and Market Integrity

Odds on bitbet are set and updated in real time based on market data from reputable sports data providers. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including any price that is clearly inconsistent with the true market price — bitbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. A "manifest error" is defined as an odds value that no reasonable person would believe to represent a genuine offer.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void, and the stake returned to the player's account, in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market is suspended and cannot be settled; official results are not available within the settlement window specified for that sport; or the bet was placed using odds that resulted from a technical error.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specifics

For cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — the following additional rules apply: in the event of a match being reduced to a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) target, markets will be settled according to the DLS-adjusted result. Abandoned matches where fewer than the minimum number of overs specified per market have been bowled will be declared void. 7. Casino Games

9. Account Suspension & Termination

bitbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
